En tant qu’artiste-peintre, je tends à exprimer sur toile l’intention de mon regard intérieur par la suggestion. Tel est le but ultime de ma démarche artistique. J’observe minutieusement le paysage, ce qui éveille tous mes sens et génère une imprégnation intuitive nourrie par la force des éléments. Je suis interpellé et stimulé par la lumière, la coloration , la forme que cette nature offre à mon regard. Face à tous ces éléments se modifiant constamment, je n’ai d’autres choix que de m’activer. L’instant de la création s’installe et devient mien. La toile n’est plus à ce moment que l’interface d’une émotion.
Je transpose ces images en appliquant une coloration riche, lumineuse et vibrante, visant le bris des lignes du dessin. Je crée ainsi une perspective tridimensionnelle visible et/ou invisible. J’essaie de garder un équilibre entre le flou artistique et la structure des éléments.
J’utilise les techniques d’empâtement, de grattage, de frottis et d’essuyage qui, alliées à une spontanéité et une gestuelle intuitive, font apparaître l’œuvre. Par toutes les possibilités de l’acrylique et les autres médiums, je parviens à interpréter et à transposer ces instants précieux. Finalement, pour que le cycle de création soit complet, j’aspire à ce que mon interprétation soit en parfaite symbiose avec le spectateur afin de lui faire ressentir l’émotion évoquée sur la toile.
As an artist-painter, I tend to express on canvas the intention of my inner gaze through suggestion. This is the ultimate goal of my artistic approach. I carefully observe the landscape, which awakens all my senses and generates an intuitive permeation nourished by the force of the elements. I am challenged and stimulated by the light, the coloring, the form that this nature offers to my gaze. With all of these constantly changing elements, I have no choice but to activate. The moment of creation sets in and becomes mine. At this point, the canvas is no more than the interface of an emotion.
I transpose these images by applying a rich, luminous and vibrant coloring, aiming at the breakage of the lines of the drawing. I thus create a visible and / or invisible three-dimensional perspective. I try to keep a balance between artistic vagueness and the structure of the elements.
I use the techniques of impasto, scraping, smearing and wiping which, combined with spontaneity and intuitive gestures, make the work appear. Using all the possibilities of acrylic and other mediums, I manage to interpret and transpose these precious moments. Finally, for the creation cycle to be complete, I want my interpretation to be in perfect symbiosis with the viewer in order to make them feel the emotion evoked on the canvas.
